I was out last night at about 1am. I tried my hand at light painting and converted to B&W.

What do you think?

John: Does your daughter love spooky trees at night?

Zacker: Thanks. I think I posted them in order of my liking... well, at least I like the first tree better than the second one.

I can't wait to try painting again. Hopefully I can track down an assistant next time so I won't drop the shutter and spotlight in the snow again.

I don't know about spooky trees, but she's tried taking pictures of our roses at night with a tripod and a flashlight. I don't think they turned out very well...there's only so much you can do with an A75...

I'll see if she can find some of those pictures...she's got about 20,000 all piled into a couple of directories... *sigh*

Those are great! Baxtor Park looks better at night  I'm not use to recognizing places in forums. A little 'spooky'.

I think I like the very last one. Gives me a sense of loneliness.

Wholly crap... you're spooking me out! Are you spying on me?
Do you live by that park?

 Yes, I do live by that park. Walk my dog through there quite frequently. Didn't mean to spook you.

Thanks guys... that $10 Canadian Tire spotlight sure came in handy.
I think I'll have to plan another outing sometime to give it another shot. It seems the only time I have to go shooting is in the dark.
