What's the latest word how compatible are these with CF->SD adapters?

ETA: whatever, gonna find out Friday :)

My imagine composition sucks. I need a heavier lens.

I have no idea, although I see adapters marketed on Amazon.

can the card upload raw directly to a local ftp server without sending them to eye-fi server first? It seems that you have to upload first to their server, then they reupload to your ftp if it's internet accessible. Also they limit it to jpeg, not raw.

There are a bazillion options for the actual download, including it being it's own wifi hotspot and some Linux system based on reverse engineering the windows software.

At the price point I decided it's worth the risk and I'll sort out whether it workable live and in color. There's always ebay if it decides to be too toyish software.

Should have done the 5 off 10 GC but I didn't know whether that was a phishing mail :D
