The game will last 4 Days and whoever can produce the best edited image (as judged by me) will be picked and it'll be their turn to post their unedited picture for all of us to take a crack at.

The participants must have their "Image Editing OK" turned on and they must provide at least a simple breakdown of how they edited the image, some entrants are a little vague on this point, please give us all details so we can learn and share tips. For instance if you use the unsharp mask tool or Smart Sharpen, provide us with the adjustments you used so others can try them out.

You can post multiple images, but the first image you post will be the one that is judged - all other images will be considered for knowledge and tip use only.

Also, please keep all comments, be they positive or negative, to yourself until after the game has ended.

If you happen to be the winner of the game please start the next one with the title of the game and the following number. For example…the next game should read "Before & After #416."
Game ends Monday, March 25, at 9:00 PM GMT

Sorry for the delay.
Nice edits everyone. Thanks.

tmoore323 : I like the the shadows recovery you did. However I didn't understood the crop. I think that in this kind of picture I' prefer to leave the subject in the center.

Lore : I like the atmosphere of this pic. The flare adds something to the pic here.

similae : Nice colors and exposure recovery. However the blurring looks a little artificial.

For me, the winner is Lore. As I said there is something special in the atmosphere of this edit. Lore it's your turn. Congratulations.

Thank You :)

Well done everyone. #416 is up. I've never figured out how to post RAW before, I got a zipped raw file up for download on one of my old domains as I couldnt get it to load w/o zipping it. Hope that works :D

Now seeing the picture, the blur seems much more than "a little artificial" ! :) I was concentrating so much in the colors that I paid fat too little attention to the overall image in the end.

Well done Lore! I liked that also the most!
