Love it! Little too much sky, but that's a nice take on the Tetons.

Thanks, David! I just had this matted and framed for a friend and it's sitting here beside me. Apparently, I thought the same thing about the sky when I framed it, because I took some off when I ordered the print. Not sure why I didn't when I posted this. :o I appreciate the feedback!

Wow. That's a pretty unique view of a frequently-shot area. What road in is that? Do you mind sharing EXIF settings?

Lovely.
The only think I might have done differently is stand bang in the middle of the road; however the risk of being mowed down may have been too high!

I'm not positive about the road, but my best guess would be that we were coming in from the east on 287/26. It was taken two years ago, so I can't remember for sure.

As for EXIF data, I'm not sure they'll be of any use for anyone, but I'll list them below (I didn't intentionally remove them or anything; I just don't know how to keep them attached). I say this, because the photo required a lot of work in PP and b&w was my only option because of how poorly exposed it was and how dark it was outside. Given the time of day (late evening approaching dark) and my (lack of) knowledge at the time, I was very pleased with what I was able to do with it.

Taken with a Digital Rebel XT
F-Stop: f/8
Exposure: 1/500 sec
ISO: 400
Exposure bias: 0
Focal Length: 165mm

I probably could have been in the center of the road given the lack of traffic at the time, but several things would have deterred that: 1) It was late and getting dark, 2) I was on my honeymoon, so risk-taking was at a minimum, and 3) We were coming from Denver and still had to get to Yellowstone that night. :D It was more of a "snap-and-go!"
