Good afternoon,
I'm looking for some advice from those of you who are getting "more" out of their flickr account than the simple sets and tags.
We're wrapping up the initial building of a website/blog for our video & photo business, and up until recently I've been using Flickr for hosting. I've spent a moderate amount of time migrating a some of my better work to blog posts & portfolio pages on the website. But, in order to reduce clutter on the website and also to manage our site's bandwidth consumption, I'd like to continue to use flickr for more extended content. For instance, if I do event coverage, I might put 20 of the best photos on the website, then put all the other keepers on flickr, to more fully cover the event.
What advice do you have to get the most out of my flickr account? How do I most effectively use sets and collections, and differentiate them from the clutter that becomes the photostream? If it's possible, I'd also like to clean up the layout of my flickr site, to "play nice" with the branding on the website.
Fluidr? Flickriver? Stuff that's built in to Flickr already? Other plugins?
While I know there are many out there who say "stop driving traffic to your flickr site, start driving it to your website instead," I've found that through judicious use of tags and groups, people are finding my flickr on their own. So it's a two-way street, and I'd like to continue to put content on flickr, and use it to get more traffic to the website, and ultimately exposure for the business.

The website - note that it's not "done" yet, we still need to clean up a few more things here and there, pay no mind to the cat on the front page.
