Hawk ID Pls

I wish I had been in position to get a better shot of this creature, but I had my camera set up on my tripod to get some shots of Goldfinches and it came upon me quick.
I think it's a Red-tailed Hawk, but the light underside of the tail confuses me. Juvi perhaps?

Yupe, looks very much like a juvenile RTH. Nice shots of it too.

The dark bar (known as the patagial bar) along the leading edge of the wing is always a dead giveaway for RTH. No other hawk has that bar.
