You did a great job exposing the whites. I think the composition would be better if the flowers were not horizontally aligned though.

I am useless at composition (photography in general actually), but if the main subjects were diagonally across the frame, it may be just more interesting?

Awesome texture revealing on those petals. I like this composition better as well, though I wish there was the edge of another flower (without stamen portion) along the left half of the bottom edge--or that's at least what I would have looked for on the scene.

I prefer the next to last, the "and finally". A little more empty space in the lower left looks best to me.
