this was the middle shot of a 3 shot bracket. I have found the new lightroom sliders fantastic, and I find the clarity slider much less prone to causing halo effects. I also love the fact that the local correction brush and grdient, have a highlight and shadow slider.
Here it is before and after, neutral picture settings on 5d2, 16-35II

thank you. with all the talk of d800, and its great 14 stop dynamic range, I though I go back and process some of 5d2 files to see how well it handles pushing shadows.

thanks everyone. sparker, interesingly, according to histogram it is not blown, but it may have been all blown, and just is colorless now. they were certainly some extra clouds which were pulled in that looked like they were blown in the original one.
the ease of using it is just great.
