I always used PIC on with my 7D (I think with my 50D but I can't remember if it had it). I also use lens correction in LR3 and now LR4. Would I be better off turning it off in camera and using LR only? Even with PIC enabled on the body, I still notice a huge difference with LR's Lens Correction.

Correct me if I'm wrong but PIC does nothing if you shoot raw right? The question is do you shoot raw or jpg?

I shoot raw, but I assume PIC did affect raw as well. If it doesn't then that's an easy answer. I haven't sat down and tested it though. I guess I should to confirm that.

I think it will only work if you use Canon's DPP software?

I use DPP and that's been my observation. All in camera settings are active in the RAW files in DPP.
