While I love black and white photography, a lot of my brides say they choose me because of the vibrant colors I show on my blog. So as much as I would love to do something like that someday, that's just not my client. I do convert every image into black and white for them, though! But when they select their images they rarely pick even a single B&W image to include in the album.

I think it sounds like an interesting idea and would make a beautiful album. If you find a client who is interested I'd love to see the final result!

In my shoot'n'burn package I give my clients a copy of everything in B&W as well as in color. When it comes time for them to create an album, a lot of them utilize the B&W images so perhaps you're onto something.

I think if you want to do it then no, if your customers want it then yes.

Show what you want to sell.

I can't justify an all black and white album because there is so much to colour.

I personally love BW photography but I was never able to sell an only-BW only album. Go figure :)
