These look great but I have to ask you a question that's maybe more related to the business side of things...

It looks as if you shot these on a day with enough of an overcast to eliminate harsh shadows. Nature's own giant softbox.

I'm curious what your arrangement was with your client that allowed you to wait until conditions were so ideal for shooting? Were you not under any kind of deadline or did you have enough lead time in order to wait on nature?

I live in Arizona where we are blessed with abundant sunshine but I'd have to wait anywhere from three to six months to get such a nice soft day to shoot! :( I can't fathom any kind of arrangement short of shooting on spec that would let me have that much scheduling latitude.

I got lucky ! The model was booked in and the bags delivered before the day, I woke up and saw it was gloomy outside - The shoot was booked for late afternoon as I was really hoping for late afternoon golden sunlight, in the end I had to work with what ever light mother nature gave me.

But for sunny days I have a reflector the size of a double doorway, and I often use it to get rid of harsh light :)
