Well, I put in a "Join" request. I'm not super active on FB but during the course of a day I do check it. I don't use it as a "center" for my photography and photo networking, POTN is my photo "network" and I keep most of my images with my PBase host and haven't uploaded a lot to FB, but if the group kicks into interesting stuff, well, I'll keep my eyes open:)!

Thanks for joining.. People are welcome to post links to their work I actually recommend it as I feel FB compresses the images to much and cuts quality.

If you want it to be active and have a lot of people join, I would say to open up your membership. Authorized membership is for family type stuff or exclusive groups where outside opinion isnt wanted, what exactly are you reviewing before granting membership?

Its your group so of course, do it as you like, but if you want it to grow and stay active, open it up. You can still kick/ban spammers or people that you want.

Just my opinion. Ill join if it opens up lol.
