Hey everyone, I'm a storm chaser and weather enthusiast from Oklahoma City that's been chasing severe storms since 2000. Eventually, starting around late 2007, that led to me getting into photography as well. I thought I might post up a few of my shots over the recent years. There's also a few landscape shots, but mainly I focus on weather extremes. I'm part of a storm chasing team called the Tornado Titans, but everything at the link below are my personal photos, taken with a combination of a Canon Rebel XTi and Canon 7D, mostly the 7D starting in 2010, and mainly a Canon 10-22mm lens. I'm still working on descriptions/captions for the pics, but take a look and enjoy!

Thanks,
Brandon

Awesome photos. A US storm chase is on my list of things-to-do one day.

Thanks! I'd recommend looking into one of those tours if you do decide to make it happen one day...they can be a bit pricey, but your chances of seeing something and staying safe in the process is well worth it!

Awesome Brandon, I didn't know you guys had a smugmug page! Did you get in on the 3/18 madness in SW OK? Some sick structure on both of those storms.

Or he could just stand on my back porch. It's covered, has great views...Plus I have beer and a storm shelter :D

We just got it up yesterday! We were actually in NW TX (Crowell) on 3/18! Great storm structure but no tornado...came close though, but that's how it goes sometimes! :D

Great photos, and with a 10-22 you must have been very close?

Awesome stuff! One of the things on my bucket list to photograph! This year, looks like it could be a year for more opportunities!
