For the few that have this lens...I have a few questions. I have a 24m TS-E II which, for the winter/fall, has been almost permanently attached to my 5D2. I sold a bit of gear lately to create a lens fund. I am thinking a 17mm TS-E might be a nice option.

What are the situations where you find your 17mm lens 'shines''? What expectations should I have that the TS-E 17mm lens will capture 24mm TS-E II quality photos? The lens archive is filled with architecture photos...buildings and interiors. Would you hesitate to rely on the 17mm for nature/landscape? I know attaching filters is a project, but are there other concerns?
