Mar 29, 2012 21:59 | #2 A critique of my own - the major halo around the bird in the 3rd shot (and to a minor extent the first two). Oversharpening, I guess. I went back and don't see it in the CR2 file (converted with DPP right to jpeg). I'll reduce the sharpening and try again. Fuji XT-3, 18-55 F2-4, 10-24mm, 100-400mm.

Mar 30, 2012 11:56 | #4 Thanks Gary. Now that I am on a different computer (another uncalibrated laptop), I see only a very slight halo in the 3rd pic. The screen I was using must have been set too bright, or with too much contrast, I guess. Fuji XT-3, 18-55 F2-4, 10-24mm, 100-400mm.
