Vamos Madridistas!!!
Tamron AF 17-50 is a very good lens, but it has HORRIBLE AF problem with my 40D. I mean it - horrible. ALways out of focus, ALWAYS. With manual focusing (with live view), results are incredible.

I've been waiting on the 5D Mark II kit to come back in stock from an online retailer, but it hasn't yet, been a while, and after reading these threads, it sounds like the 24-70mm is more for me right now. So I guess I can go shop the bodies and this lens online.
Together the body and 24-70mm is about $3899 and the kit is $3499, is it worth that difference?
