I will pay off the US deficit. Oh wait, never mind, I'll just move to Aruba.

Ditto.

BUT, first, I will resign by e-mail.

Indeed...

C182 with the Garmin 1000 cockpit (to get recurrent and earn an instrument rating)
Super Cub (tailwheel endorsement and just fun down low and slow)
T-6 Texan (high-performance, complex endorsement and radial engine experience)

Then we go Warbird shopping!

Jay,

There's a Canadian AF F-5F for sale right now for $1.8M USD. That is a sweet ride! You don't even need to wait to win the lottery, just sell yourself to a few investors as the ultimate aerial photography platform, and voila! Off you go!

Don't stop there, make sure you get the non-USM EF75-300 III's as well. Otherwise you've taken a slow focusing, horrible lens off the market, and left an even slower-focusing, horrible lens ON the market.

Oh who are we kidding. Canon would just assume they were in high demand and cut production of new glass to focus on meeting the world's requirements for 75-300s.

Oh I would leave those onthe market because I would want everyone to at least have the opportunity to feel the pain that i had.

Hehe, I have a non-USM model. You should be glad you haven't had to feel MY pain.

Actually, I've only used it a handful of times, and only on the Rebel (pack-in lens). I've actually gotten some pretty nice results out of it, but you better pre-focus.

You can invest it all and probably do whatever you like off the interest alone...

That's true.
