Looking for general critique - Slideshow of 34 images

I know this isn't a standard thread, but I'm looking specifically for the input of music photographers and don't know of a more appropriate place to post. I've been casually shooting for three years, and would love some input on how to get better.

thanks for your comments. rather than picking out eight or so of my favourites, i thought i'd look for suggestions on a little larger sample size. Here's a few pics i posted in the best concert photos threads:
