I spent the past 7 days traveling around different parts of New York and San Francisco taking photographs to compile into a time lapse, this one video is made up of more than 8,000 images. I spent 4 days in New York and 3 days in San Francisco.

What did you use for the motion time lapse shots?

Time lapse is great fun as you are never 100% certain what you have until you put it all together (and then discover there is something you don't like about the shot ;-)a ) There were some sections where I didn't really see the advantage in doing as a time lapse, aside keeping the whole project as time lapse, and some indication why it is best to clamp the camera to a solid object when ever possible. Really cool though.
I loved the tall building at night. That, and the rolling clouds, could well make you a few quid in a video library.
