The game will last 4 Days and whoever can produce the best edited image (as judged by me) will be picked and it'll be their turn to post their unedited picture for all of us to take a crack at.

The participants must have their "Image Editing OK" turned on and they must provide at least a simple breakdown of how they edited the image, some entrants are a little vague on this point, please give us all details so we can learn and share tips. For instance if you use the unsharp mask tool or Smart Sharpen, provide us with the adjustments you used so others can try them out.

You can post multiple images, but the first image you post will be the one that is judged - all other images will be considered for knowledge and tip use only.

Also, please keep all comments, be they positive or negative, to yourself until after the game has ended.

If you happen to be the winner of the game please start the next one with the title of the game and the following number. For example…the next game should read "Before & After #418."
Game ends April 4th at 10:00 AM GMT

with lightroom, just experimenting,
moved nearly every slider to 100, except blacks, including all the various sharpening ones, warmed white balance, then used color punch preset.
not sure if it works, but here it is..

LR3- lowered/adjusted exposure and levels for windows, exported. reset picture and adjusted for everything else. exported as new image.
PS5- deleted everything but the windows from first image, converted 2nd image to B&W, copied B&W image layer to the first image under the color layer. Merged and saved.
Straightened and cropped.

Blkjpg : nice edit and colors. However the highlights are blown out and there is a need for some noise reduction
08photog : clean edit and good shadow recovery. However the highlights are blown out and the colors are to yellow for me.
T3 Heavy Shop : great idea. May be it would be better to put all the pic in B&W.

The winner is T3 Heavy Shop. Congratulations. Thanks everyone.
