I feel so bad posting new thread when I see at least 20 threads about the bags, however I need help. To not gain "ignorant" tag I wan to make sure I checked a lot of similar threads, I checked online stores, reviews etc etc....

Im asking because I need someone who had experience and not only see the numbers.... Trust me I can see number and read reviews...

Im looking for bag: 2 Bodies 5d MK III with grips plus 70-200 f.28, 100-400, 24-70 f2.8 (optional but not necessary room for 17-40, 24-105, 85 f1.2)

Would be cool if I can have lenses attached to bodies but not necessary.... room for accessories would be very helpful and one flash

Im probably asking for too much because I don't want to spend more than $100-$150. I just need this bag to take my stuff when I travel, when I go to take pictures I have few smaller bags and I always take what I must and need to use at the time.

Im kind of lost I see lower pro Nova 190 AW it seems like maybe its good but Im not sure it's no too small.... Then Im thinking maybe Canon 1EG?? Is it big ??

Finally I got Canon 100DG after reading bunch of reviews saying that this bag can hold two elephants and laptop.... this bag is a joke, I have no idea how they measure this bag, it's small and useless

No backpacks.... bags only.....

of course I see tamrac bags, hell yee thats what Im looking for, just perfect but $300+ ???? Seriously ?? $300+ ??? Sorry maybe soon but after spending over 10k on equipment I MUST watch every single penny Im spending and bag for $300 seems at the moment like not a good idea....

I was thinking maybe Roller Case ?? I see some $160 is acceptable.... but is it any god ??

Any solution ?? any help ??

There are plenty of bags that will hold your gear and plenty of Tamrac's less than $300.00?
If you spent all this time reading I am baffled as this question seems to come up a lot too?

Off the top of my head:

TT Retro 20
Domke F2
Tamrac ??
Lowe ??

There are several.
I think trying to limit price is a little silly maybe, considering the money spent on the gear you will want someting worthy of protecting it more than the brief satisfaction of not spending enough to hget what you really need.

I have the TT Retro 20 and though I don't have 5d MKIII or 100-400 I think the stuff you have will fit, maybe with 2 lenses attached.
I can get 2 gripped bodies in there along with a lot of other stuff.

And it is a nice bag!

Trust me If I would need this bag for daily use I would get something from Tamrac probably, but I need this for ONE trip.... maybe another in 6 months.... I know it seems weird according to value of gear but....right now I don;t have that extra $150 to spend.... in the future probably yes but not now.... I think I found something... You think this will work ? I think rolling case will be the best choice.... I found Pelican for $169 at BH....

I can not figure out what your deal is with Tamrac but trust me when I say it is misplaced?
Tamrac makes bags all over the price spectrum and evidently you have found one that is expensive and singled the brand out as being that way and it is not!

Pelican in general is a lot pricier and just a different kind of bag altogether.
Again yo seem to have it backwards somehow?

You did not mention WHICH pelican so who could answer your question?
If it is a 1510 it is a very nice case and one you will have forever as the guarantee with all of their cases.

If you want a hard case it will be tough to do better than Pelican.

I've been using Lowepro's Classified 250AW for a couple of years now. It holds tons of gear, it getting worn but not where it counts. Stands up to being hauled around every day. Highly recommend it.....I don't think it was particularly expensive either...

It looks like the Classified bags are discontinued. I have the 250AW as well and it is a great bag for a lot of equipment.

Maybe not, I went to the site and they are still there - BH looks like they discontinued these products.

just a few of my thoughts...

I have 9 bags in all sizes and styles.

If you're looking at a bag to travel and carry that easily would be a backpack (but you said no backpacks) or rolling bags/cases. I have a think tank retro 30 and it gets close to carrying what you want. If you use the front pockets to carry the bodies it'll all fit. My think tank ud 60 also carries all of what the retro 30 carries and a laptop.

Rolling bags are the easiest to use for travel. But they are expensive. I have a cheap calumet roller and it was still 199. But it's great

I have the UD50 and it's wonderful, but for travel I use the TT International. Well worth the money, if you plan on traveling often. I use mine also to store the extra lenses and cameras I don't use.

I would want wheels for that load ... ThinkTank Airstream or Airport International.
