Is there a way to remove an object from a group of images in LR4. For example I had a set of images and I needed to remove an EXIT sign from them. The only way I know how is to do it in PS5.
Thanks
R.

Depending on the size of the "EXIT" signs, this may or may not work, but it might be worth trying. I have used a large SR brush once in a while to remove an unwanted blur of a bird flying overhead in a landscape picture.

I once removed a telephone wire partially behind trees and partially in open sky, just to see if I could do it with LR. It took longer than anybody who wants to retain their sanity should spend on it, but it can be done. Elie / אלי

tonylong ...winded More info | Apr 01, 2012 18:02 | #4 Rick, if you still have access to CS5, there really isn't much of a reason not to use it once in a while for this type of thing. CS5 shines with object removing and such. LR stuggles. Go ahead and try, you may be pleasantly surprised, but still there is no contest as to the effectiveness between the two. Tony

Apr 02, 2012 11:36 | #8 I took about 40 images of a baptism but in the background there's an ugly EXIT sign that I wanted to remove. I know in CS5 it's easy to do to one image, not sure about 40 unless done one at a time. Canon 5DMkII | 70-200mm f2.8 IS USM | 24-105mm f4.0 IS USM | 85mm f1.8 prime.

Apr 02, 2012 12:03 | #12 that sounds good. I would still ahve to do each image but its less time consuming makeing a selection for each image. Canon 5DMkII | 70-200mm f2.8 IS USM | 24-105mm f4.0 IS USM | 85mm f1.8 prime.

The biggest problem I've had is that it takes multiple brush 'strokes'. Dave
