Shooting the back of someone isn't interesting unless they are in an interesting pose, they are interacting with others or there is something interesting in the background that adds some context. This image doesn't have any of those. It is just uninteresting concrete, oof water and someone back. My eyes just wander around trying to find something interesting to settle on and fail.
