Hey is it possible to be off-topic in this thread?
Cause we just found a Black-Capped Chickadee nest! mom and my brother saw them there yesterday, and today, they are going in and out about 6 times a minute clearing an old wren nest from last year out of the hollow post!

Does anyone here have any tips on live streaming from a webcam to the internet? I want a live feed from the chickadee nest...

Who ever said I was eating little? I eat a big breakfast of eggs, sausages and a shake, a huge salad with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers for lunch and a medium sized dinner of fish or beef and lots of veggies. The carbs you're thinking of are processed grains like bread or rolls or buns or even maybe potatoes but that's simply not the case. There's carbs in veggies and fruits as well, which is where I get my daily intake from it. Frankly, wheat products are bad for you in the first place.

As for the diabetes thing, it depends if you're type 1 or type 2. Most people who are type 2 could really benefit from being on a low carb diet, and most dr's will suggest they go on one.

Well, you acted like a 10 gram tomato was a bad thing....

and I am type 1, it will be like 6 years this fall. needles for the rest of my life

I just looked out my window into our cul-de-sac and there are about ten cars that I don't recognize. I guess a few of our neighbors have people over. Maybe they came for the Easter Egg hunt at the park around the corner...
