Well, you acted like a 10 gram tomato was a bad thing....

and I am type 1, it will be like 6 years this fall. needles for the rest of my life :( :(

It is for me right now. A plate full of sausages and eggs has less carbs than one tomato. Obviously I'm going to pick the former for breakfast.

Portion sizing is important when it comes to food too. Sometimes when I go to the US, my head explodes at the sheer amount of food everyone there eats. I always come back at least 10 pounds heavier. I can't ever remember finishing a full meal, and I can specifically remember two occasions where I left more than half of my meal uneaten because it was just too much.

Then people wonder why Americans are so fat.

Why are you picking the tomato?

Don't you mean former?

Anyway, I find that I don't eat most American-sized portions. If I'm still hungry after my first serving, I can go back for more. There's no need to take twice as much than I'm going to eat. Some people are ridiculous. On the other hand, I'm always hungry between the three main meals.

I just looked out my window into our cul-de-sac and there are about ten cars that I don't recognize. I guess a few of our neighbors have people over. Maybe they came for the Easter Egg hunt at the park around the corner... :)

My suspicions were correct. A bunch of people are wandering from the direction of the park with brightly-coloured baskets in hand.

And I would have to agree! :D wasn't there a clause when you sign up for POTN, that If you post pictures of food and other members want it as well, you must send no less than 1 pound to the people in question?

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

Here you go.

I do modify it a bit though... I make about 25% more filling, and I also use the darkest brown sugar I can find. For this round I used India Tree Dark Muscovado
