Chase birds with a 100-400L.. That'll give ya some excercise! I get plenty of exercise, though, what with jumping to conclusions, beating around the bush... :p

Actually, my job is to throw 8 and 20 lb bags of ice around. Its a "Cool" job, what with all the frozen water.

It only weighs 3 pounds.

I take it every now and again, but I try to have it back within reasonable time. My issue is that it has a video head and it made shooting the photobooth a little bit more challenging than it needed to be.

when are you going to upload the dance photos!!!

Oh, right. Those. I'd forgotten about that. I suppose I'll have to go through them then. Sometime.

Yes, but when you hold it up for a half hour - an hour, it starts to feel like it's made of lead! I'm not complaining, though. I like heavy telephotos!

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

You need a better strap if you're feeling it that much :D If you're actually holding that thing up for hours, you should have a tripod there.

How much of a difference do the CPS straps make? My dad and I thought about joining; we are self employed, and this is what I will do for a living (barring unforeseen circumstances)
so I think that qualifies... I've probably sold a $100 or so in prints, but I have not been really aggressively pursuing it.

My ex was part of it. I think it was difficult to get in he said. But he's an international commercial photog so I dunno. Would there be an age limit?
