Did he say why he took off from the 2am threads?

He has a 580 EXII I was going to pick up... but I need it soon. If I don't hear back from him in a couple of days I'll probably just pick up a different flash.

How much were you going to pick it up for?

Am I allowed to say here? Don't want to piss of the mods. Pretty average price for what they're going for which is $350-380, still needed to work out the finer details.

I just know he takes care of his gear.

Mods don't give a crap if you talk pricing here. As long as you're not actually lining up a sale in the thread. That stuff you take to PMs

Ok, just making sure.

I think it was $375, which is about right where most of them seem to be selling at.

I don't really need a EXII though... so I don't know.

WTF!!

There's a restaurant in the states that's in an underground graveyard :D You eat next to the tombstones. Basically an old mausoleum.

Curious.. why is that better than any other flash? I'm actually being serious, I don't know much about strobe/flash photography so I'd like to know why a 420EX II is worse than a 600 ex-rt.

Longer zoom range over the 580 and built in radio trigger with better menu interface. Is it worth it over the 580 probably not but with all things in photography only you can decide. In terms of over a 420 all of the above including build. Almost like comparing a non-L lens build to an L lens build.
