I'm looking for a lighter tripod setup. I've used my Manfrotto 3021BPRO with Giottos 3000PRO ballhead for many years and I love everything about it except the weight and collapsed length. The head alone weights over five pounds and the legs are about the same. Now I'm looking to lighten the load. I really like what I see in the specs of the Benro 2580T (also called the C-258 m8) and I know people are generally very happy with other Benro tripods. So who is using this model and what is your opinion?
