Thanks! I just ordered the X-Rite Color Checker too! Perfect timing since I had a $50 gift certificate and that, combined with this lightning deal, made it $10 out of pocket :D.

Tempted to get the color checker - but for my shooting (candids), it's not practical to have someone hold it up in every lighting situation.

$399 for the sigma was a good deal..... I'll take that $80 and start my fund for either a 17-5x or a 70-200.


T3i, Sigma 10-20, Sigma 30 1.4, 18-55 kit, 55-250, YN-565, a few books, some software, and a desire to get good.....
