I am also a bit confused. Why would the release of the 5D3 stop 7D owners from complaining about their 7D images? If they don't like the images now, they still won't like them no matter what other bodies are released.
Could the OP please explain what you mean?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

People will continue to compare the 7D to the 5D MK2. The 5D MK2 has a larger sensor and less noise at high ISO (as does the MK3) The 7D is superior in just about anything else. In my option any amateur photographer not satisfied with the 7D in any way is reading too many forum threads.

If people desire a full frame camera there are many to choose from new and used. (even in the same price range as the 7D)

Yeah, I'm confused too. Yet at the same time I'm intrigued. OP?

Only complaint I have ever had about the 7D is that my 5D II was a disappointment next to it.

Think I would rather buy 3 x 7D's than the over priced/over hyped 5D MKIII (IMO little more than a FF 7D). I am done drinking the FF coolaid. ;)

Well, I can't wait for 7D2 (or 8D) with the new focusing system. After all the buzz about focusing on the 5d3, 7D needs to step up. Can't believe it's going to be 3 years old in summer.

What all do you think you'll be getting with the 7D's successor.. that'll be worth the $500-$700 price increase?

Jeez, you guys are way to pedantic. :p

It's obviously a joke/sarcasm.... More 5D3 threads = less 7D complaints on front page

The ones of you who do get the thread: Its meant as a joke. This should be a dead give away >

+ you obviously haven't paid attention to all the 7D compliant threads in the past. The 5D Mark III threads have pretty much nullified those.

Hope that helps you out ... ;)
