For those of you who own a Sirui tripod,would you know if a ball head that fits into a 3/8"-16 mounting screw would fit into it?

Yes, will fit. Most tripods use a standard 3/8" mounting stud. The very few that don't use a 1/4" and those can be fitted with an adapter to fit a 3/8" ball head.

Sorry took a long time to get back to you. The answer is my T1004x takes both 3/8" and 1/4". It comes with a reversible screw:
