Thinking of taking the plunge and buying CS5 so I can get the free upgrade to CS6 when it is released next month. I have one question - is everyone eligible or do you have to be a student/educator or commercial?

Pretty good deal because I can get the student/teacher version of cs5.5 for 275.00. I am working off of photoshp 6.0 right now and just recently downloaded the beta version of cs6.
