Good evening from Southeast, MO! Any of you bug people wanna tell me what this is?

Howdy!

I'll be posting in the new member section in a bit. I've been trolling this forum for some time now.. i used to have an account but i forgot the password and it was linked to an old email. so here i am! I know theres a few members here that know alot about bugs and insects. i caught this little guy flying around some bushes at my house along with a thousand others just like him. I'm assuming this is what a bagworm looks like after its hatched? we always have a bunch of bagworms that caccoon in those bushes and these critters were the only ones that seemed to be living there. Just curious as to what their called?

I think this is a crane fly. But there are better folk than me at this stuff.
