New member here! Just saying hi

Hello there,

new member here (kindof) i used to have an account but i never really posted much cause i was a complete noob in photography. My old account was linked to an email i no longer have so i made a new one and hopefully will be posting quite a bit here! I always loved trolling this forum though. Theres some amazing artists as well as personalities on this forum. Ya'll seem like some good people that don't just bash others' photos. I like that cause I'm still learning a lot about photography every time i do a photo shoot or go on an excursion and a good critique can go along way! so let me tell ya'll a little about myself. .

The names Logan Reed, I just turned 20 this past march and im from Southeastern, Missouri. I started tinkering in Photography at 14 with a canon 450D that my father bought to take pictures of my little sisters beauty pageants. Of course we would travel quite a bit because of her pageants and at these pageants is where i found my interest in photography. since i was young the only thing i got to do was sit around the hotel bored the whole weekend while my sis did her pageant. So one day I picked up that 450D with its little 15-55 kit lens and started walking around snapping photos... eventually this grew into what it is today which is both a passion and a career choice! hopefully this forum and its members can help me expand my knowledge so i can make this into a legit career one day!

I have no post-Highschool education in photography.. I took a video production class which helped a bit with exposure, rule of thirds, and understanding white balance, etc. but everything i've learned about photography has come from me tinkering or google to be honest. I'm writing a book so lets get to the photos shall we?
