Just looked on Canon.com and all they had was the update... I need the entire EOS utility.... any help?

What the link you provided failed to mention was that, once youre in the "contents" folder you need to find SDI.bundle, right-click to "show package contents", navigate to another resources folder where you will finally find the update.plist.
