Shooting volleyball

Does anyone have a guide or anything to where should one position themselves for shooting volleyball.

I was shooting mostly from the ground level. The gym I am shooting at also has very poor lightening on the left side. This is where the two teams will sit. There are only bleachers on the right side of the court.

In terms of lenses, I was using my 85mm f1.8 to shoot instead of my 70-200mm f2.8. What lens would others recommend?

My main spot is floor, near the net shooting same side as my team. My other spots:

1) Floor, near net shooting back across the net to my team
2) Floor end, through the net for blocks
3) Bleachers high near the net and across it for hitters and serves.
