Shot with a Canon 1D Mark IIn and 24-70 2.8L. (rest of the camera settings are provided on the 500px page)

Lighting was a beauty dish as primary, and strip light as back/rim light.
Only post production was a curve adjustment, everything else is right out of the camera.

Very nice work. Pic one is my choice, as it is more flattering to the model. Great face, and lighting!

I also agree that pic 1 looks like the better one to me. Great work on both!
