Evening all

Went to Lydden yesterday for all three heats and the finals, as everyone else round the country had it was non stop rain but i carried on shooting with my rain mac arm converted into a rain cover which worked extremely well. Tried to do more racing shots so would like your opinion on whether they work or not. C&C welcome

They are all pretty decent shots, except for no.4 which is a bit to soft for my taste.

The lighting is quite flat, obviously the weather was bad. They could stand a little bit of contrast and saturation, they would still look natural, but small changes can have a dramatic effect.

How on earth did the car in the first picture get into that position? The shot lacks the context of whatever put the car in that position. It's a mighty bit of air, is that just from the kerbing?

John

Thanks John for the feedback, i thought i had pushed the saturation abit to much to be honest but will have a play tommorrow. They have kerbing that sends the cars flying if they hit it, they cross the finish line and its a slight chicane which same take and some decide not to and risk damage just to get a slightly quicker time. I would of posted this one but decided not to with the 8 image limit.
