I have a 5DII and wanted to confirm that the 600EX-RT will work with it to deliver HSS.
Here (external link) is a link to my blog post describing how I tested and with examples showing the results.

Good news is that it works, both in ETTL and Manual modes. Ratios also work and in Av mode on the camera FEC and EC work together as one expects to control ambient and speedlite exposures.

Just found an ST-E3-RT. It should arrive Friday.
Will do some additional testing early next week when it arrives.

Danny,
I haven't spent much time testing them in manual mode. I plan to do that now that I have the ST-E3-RT on the way.

All this testing is to make sure I have them under control before using them for an event.

I'll probably use them for a wedding I have on May 5th.

I've been using PW ControlTL with 580EXII on camera with a Mini and Nissin Di866s remotes on Flexs for the past year or so and they work fine. But I think the 600s will be easier to setup and shoot with since the control via the radio is more extensive than with the 580EXII controls via the PWs.
