Brown Thrasher - It's all about the eyes!

I'm very happy to be able to bring this series of images of Brown Thrashers to you for a couple of reasons: 1) it is the State Bird of Georgia and yes, I'm a Georgia boy, and 2) the habitat "restructuring" and blind I put up a couple of months ago has paid off nicely. I hope you'll agree w/my title when viewing these birds that it is all about the eyes.

Wow, what kind of battery is running inside to light up those eyes like that? Absolutely brilliant captures of the Thrasher, Steve! Your effort and the blind have definitely paid off.
They are all beautiful but I REALLY like #1. The low perspective, subject isolation, and ****cough***Chest-out posture****cough**** .......make it extra special.

Well I've no real critique to offer Steve, they are all excellent. #5 is my favourite, amazing expression!
