Camera Store Liquidation Oklahoma

Not sure if this is the right place for this....

Just got back from a private walk-through of a now closed Enid, Oklahoma camera store. Sounds like the store closed in 2009 and the owners are just now selling off the stock. It will be sold via a couple days of 'mark downs' and then an auction.

Tons of photo gear from the 40's to almost present. Hundreds of lenses. Two main floors and an upstairs FULL of stuff.

The sale is being conducted by Frisendahl's Auctioneers and the website is frisendahlsauctioneers​.com.
I don't know the store owner or the auctioneers and I'm not making anything from the sale. Just thought if you were within a driving distance it would be worth your time.

And how I would love to be there to buy a 70-200!!

You would not believe the assortment of gear in that place.

Do you know when the auction is going to take place?

I think they said in June. It will take that long to sort through everything, I'm sure. I'm sure they won't mind a phone call tomorrow, though. That's how I first got in touch with them. The phone number is on their web page.

They are letting photogs walk through the store and make offers on the gear. Nice opportunity.

There is so much stuff they really didn't know what else to do but start advertising now and selling what they can just to get through the store.
