Difference between Lexar 400x vs. 600x SD Cards ?

I'm wondering what the difference between the 400x and the 600x would be - does it just transfer the images faster to the computer? Does it increase the buffer capacity when shooting 6fps on the 5D3 ? Is the difference between the two noticible or is the 400x good enough (in comparison to my current card, a Lexar Professional 16gb 133x SD card)
