Micro adjusted my lens and wondering if the is a big change?

Bottom one, which I assume is the MA one, is definitely sharper.

Thanks, my 1Dmk3 just came back from canon, and my new 300f-4 IS was not looking as good as I thought it should, went to +8 with the bottom one. : (

Even at those small resolutions the bottom one looks sharper.
