What is your Photo Mechanic Workflow?

I just started to use photo mechanic and I can definitely see the benefits in using this over Lightroom to cull a wedding, but the only thing I do not like or maybe I am just doing it wrong is the rating system. I prefer to rate photos by stars instead of colors and in order to rate a photo using the star system it requires you use 3 bottoms. It might not seem like a big deal, but it does slow down my culling significantly.

So, on top of my issue, I am wondering what kind of tips and tricks do other photomechanic users use?

EDIT: Found out how to change the "one key shortcut" on another forum....The PDF that comes with the Program is vaque.
Still interested in hearing others tips and tricks.

How do you switch it from Color to star rating?

Honestly though, it doesnt actually make much of a difference to me. I flag each one I like as "wnner - pink". Once I have gone through them all, I place them in a subfolder within the main folder and import them to LR.

Its an option in preferences somewhere at the bottom.
