I got paid several times (3) today for an item I Post for sale, no I need to refund this money but can't seem to find how? UH I feel so dumb today :( I'm sure is just a click away but can't see it... I need a break.
Please help!

When I look at my payments received history, I see "shipped, issue refund" with issue refund as a link. I haven't refunded anyone so I don't know the process beyond that.
