pelicans? turkey vulture

stil new @ identifying but i do believe its pelicans and a turkey vulture

You've definitely got Pelicans Angelo, but I'm not sure if they're the white or brown version.
The other guy looks more like a Black Vulture to me rather than a Turkey Vulture.
Are these birds captive or wild?
