A couple from the Riverside airshow a couple weeks back. The bad weather never really panned out into good dramatic skies, just blah gray and cold weather. Really been trying to drop the shutter for prop blur, but with a 7lb lens and 15mph winds across a fast lens just under 1/FL is about what I can manage while maintaining my rivet-peep sharpness I like.

The twin engined fighter (well prusuit actually; that's what the P stands for) aircraft in #2.

thanks for all the comments guys

Frank, we have palm trees in socal! :) I was really happy how uncluttered that background turned out. Same with the Mustang shot. I did, however, chainsaw out some powerlines in both those pictures - virtually.

I like the C-17 shot. I've spent a little bit of time in them and wish they would fly the air shows down here.
