I especially like #s 4-6 because you have good action AND you have nice highlights in the bodies.

I agree. What are you using to process them? If you have Layer Masks &/or Adjustment layers, you can hold the blacks & bring the light areas down. It's really simpler than it looks. Three pages on Layer Masks (external link)

Great panning! Just wish the rider in the 2nd shot was a little more in focus but great none-the-less! My favorite is the 1st one- it does seem a touch overexposed (granted I'm on my none-calibrated monitor at work again) but I like the contrast. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I like it. Nice work!

With the exception of #1 they all look great. #2 would be my favorite because of the color, framing, and excellent panning job.

#1 looks to be either over exposed or desaturated in post. No where near the vibrance and feeling of action as the others have.
