Sell a lens or keep them all

I just purchased a 70-200 2.8 IS II (wow) and already have the 70-200 f4 is and the 24-105 f4 is, thinking about selling one of the f4's. I know the logic goes with selling the 70-200 f4 but I love the IQ. I am shooting a t2i and a 60d and will be looking at a used FF body after the first of the year. Any thoughts ?

well if you already have a 70-200 2.8 is II why would you keep the f4? I mean the weight of the f4 is def easier for carrying around but seriously just sell the 70-200mm f4 and throw a couple hundred more and get a 5dc lol Great camera.

I think you are the only one that should decide but I have about 20 lens and I bought another one this week.
I never sell just buy.

Choose the 70-200 which has the better IQ (I'm assuming the 2.8 IS II version). If you kept both of the 70-200 lenses why would you ever use the f/4 version if the f/2.8 is better?

My answer would be based upon the answer to this question: Do you still have a use for the 70-200 F/4 ? Yes- keep it- no- sell it. I could see keeping both - one for studio use and the f/4 version for when you want a lighter setup. The 24-105- keep- unless you have something else for the lower end ...

Really though- if you look at selling the 70-200 F/4- then also sell the t2i ( and maybe the 60D as well) at the same time- and use the cash for your FF..

Are you saying the IQ is better with the f4? I'm confused by what you wrote.

The 70-200 F4 is MUCH lighter. If you use it in studio settings, you probably don't need F2.8. On the other hand, 2.8 is invaluable in some situations. I pondered this question too and decided to keep the F4 as it's easier for my wife to cart around on a 40D. If it was just me, I's take the 2.8 IS all day, but she prefers the F4 and body w/o battery pack.

It all depends on what ya shoot....and who shoots it

If the 70-200 2.8 IS II is WOW why would you consider keeping the 70-200 f4 ?
I have the 70-200 2.8 IS II and the 24-105 f4 IS and would never consider selling the 24-105 as it is versatile enough to use as a walk around lens.
