Well....sometimes you just get lucky I guess. I knew there was a storm coming in early this afternoon, so I went outside to bring my daughter's bike in, and looked up to check out the sky....and this is what I saw. I ran back inside and grabbed my camera and went back outside. Then, I realized that I had the wrong lens on, so one more trip back inside to change it quick. But....in the end it all worked out. I only had time to snap just a couple pictures, as the clouds re-formed, but I think it was definitely worth the couple trips back in the house.

wow that sky looks like it been liquifies in photoshop its mad nice capture


Canon 5d . canon 1dmk11. 24-105 L is ,100-400 L is ,50 mm 1,4 sigma 12- 24 dg .... learning on th job :p

great shot of some mammatus clouds! we don't get those in this part of the country, but they look really cool, and more than a little ominous...
